Crayfish Banh Mi from the Wholesale Supermarket

I tried buying frozen crayfish from the wholesale supermarket, and it was surprisingly delicious! The next day, I made it into a banh mi for lunch. The crayfish is already garlic-flavored, but instead of mayonnaise, using a garlic-flavored aioli sauce for a bold, junky taste is also a good option.

Steps
- 1
Prepare the frozen crayfish bought from the wholesale supermarket according to the instructions.
- 2
Once cooled enough to handle, peel the crayfish. Don't waste the 'shrimp miso'—remove it as well.
- 3
Spread liver paste on the bottom half of the bread and soy sauce-based soup base on the top half. I used homemade liver paste.
- 4
Add salad greens and pickled vegetables. I used baby greens and homemade pickled vegetables.
- 5
Arrange the peeled crayfish on top.
- 6
Garnish with mayonnaise, cilantro, and chili oil, and it's ready to serve!
