Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day boil till tender.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in half of the onion and fry till translucent.

Add in coriander,mint and green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add in chickpeas, tamarind and all the spices and give it a good stir.

Mix in remaining onion.

Serve straight away.
