Ingredients

  • 200 gTofu
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1Onion
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspTomato Sauce
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspGreen Chili sauce
  • 4 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 2 tbspGreen Garlic, finely chopped

    Cut onion and capsicum in 1 inch cubes.

    Cut tofu also in 1 inch cubes.

    Marinate tofu pieces with cornflour and chilli powder for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated tofu pieces.

    Put minced garlic in remaining oil and add 1 tbsp green garlic. Fry for a minute.

    Add chopped Onion and capsicum and saute for 5 minutes.

    Add fried tofu pieces and saute.

    Mix all sauces in a bowl and add 1 tbsp cornflour. Add this mixture in tofu and mix well.

    Cook till it becomes semi dry. Add chopped green garlic and switch off the heat. Chili garlic tofu is ready.
