Combine chia seeds, honey and coconut milk in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes to let the seeds absorb the liquid and thicken it.

To assemble the drink, start by pouring mango puree to fill up half the glass. Top it with the coconut milk and chia seed mixture top with dry fruits and Refrigerate for at least half an hour or overnight. Serve Chilled.
