  1. 1zucchini
  2. 1 pinchItalian herbs (such as McCormick)
  3. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

40 minutes (including prep)
  1. 1

    Wash: Clean the zucchini and set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice: Cut the zucchini into slices about 3/4 inch thick and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly sprinkle the Italian herbs and salt over the zucchini. Place in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes.
