First, combine the apple cubes, oats powder, milk powder, cornflour, dry fruits powder sweetener, fresh malai and milk in a mixer jar.

Grind to a smooth paste. Then transfer to a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high power for 3 minutes.

Keep inside for 2 to 3 minutes. Then take out and stir well for 2 minutes.

Serve hot or cold, garnished with apple slices. You can prepare this ahead and enjoy it chilled on Holi day.
