Ingredients

3 to 5 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1large ripe red apple (washed and cut in small cubes)
    Apple, Jaggery and Sitaphal Rabdi with Leftover Diwali Dryfruits
  2. 4 cupsmilk
    Holi Special Strawberry Rabdi
  3. 1/4 cuproasted oats powder
  4. 1/4 cup milk powder
  5. 1/4 cupfresh homemade Malai (milk cream)
  6. 1 tablespooncorn flour
  7. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar or your choice of Sweetner
  8. 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  9. 1 tablespoondry fruits powder
  10. 4-6apple slices to garnish

Steps

3 to 5 minutes
  1. 1

    First, combine the apple cubes, oats powder, milk powder, cornflour, dry fruits powder sweetener, fresh malai and milk in a mixer jar.

    Grind to a smooth paste. Then transfer to a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high power for 3 minutes.

    Keep inside for 2 to 3 minutes. Then take out and stir well for 2 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold, garnished with apple slices. You can prepare this ahead and enjoy it chilled on Holi day.
