To make the Thandai premix, first put ghee in a pan and roast all the ingredients except sugar, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder well.

Once it cools down, take it in a mixer jar, add sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder, crush it and store it in an air tight container. When making a cold drink, add 2 teaspoons of powder to a glass of milk and make a cold drink.
