Steps

15-20mins
  1. 1

Soak the chia seeds in water and keep aside. Add 1&1/2 cup of water and 1cup sugar in a pan and prepare the sugar syrup and keep aside (if used raw or pouch milk add the sugar while boiling the milk and then don't use water) (terta pack milk doesn't require boiling so we need to preparethe sugar syrupseparately). Cut 1/2 of the watermelon in cubes and keep aside. Take one fourth of the watermelon and blend it to prepare a watermelon juice and keep aside.

  2. 2

Add the sugar syrup in the bowl of diced watermelons. Add the scoops of ice cream. Add 1/2 cup of the rose syrup. (Check the sweetness of the drink it should be extra sweet than required as ice and milk will reduce the sweetness later)
