In a mixing bowl, add softened butter and mix until smooth.

Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, parsley, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Once firm, slice into rounds and use on steaks, grilled chicken, roasted veggies, or fresh bread.
Rest of you can place in ziplock bag and keep in freezer.
