Omurice! Japanese Omlet Rice

Omurice is a Japanese style dish which is an omelet containing a filling of stir-fried rice with tomato catsup. This is a favorite for kids, and my favorite, too! It might not be easy to cover with the egg at the first, but take your time to practice. Even if it doesn't look right, it will still taste good. Don't worry!
