  1. 1/2 cupShelled edamame
  2. 15small-medium boiled shrimp
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 1/2 oz.cheese
  5. 1 Tbspdressing, any kind
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Cilantro

    Prepare edamame according to package directions. If you use frozen shrimp, prepare it as well.

    Dice the tomato and cheese.

  3. 3

    Toss all ingredients in dressing. Any dressing would be fine. (I used Italian dressing.)

    Let it cool in a refrigerator.
