Faradi Mango Fruit🍍🍎🍓🍇 Salad

First, boil and reduce the milk to 50% quantity. I have used 1 1/2 litres milk for 2 recipes. (Here I have used only 1/3 quantity.)Add sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.

For Mango🥭 crush: Make a puree of 3 alphonso mangoes in mixer. Strain the puree. Add in some sugar and cook to enhance the mango flavour and taste.

Cook the puree for 5-7 minutes to thicken it. Switch off gas of reduced milk and mango crush. Cool them completely. Keep malai also at room temperature.

Mix all the 3 with hand blender. I have taken 1/3 of this mango milk for fruit salad. Since this is thicker than needed, add in some chilled plain milk. Taste and add sugar if needed. Chill this mango milk in fridge. Also chill the fruits🍍🍎🍓. Chop them finely and mix them into the chilled mango milk. Add in chopped dryfruits.

Mix. Offer to MATAJI. Chill for an hour and serve a delicious treat and enjoy the Chaitra Navratri faradi delite. Happy Cooking😊!!
