Steps

Boil Potato, boil Raw Banana and allow to cool completely. Peel the skin and keep aside.

Add red chilli powder + salt + garam masala powder and mix well.

Mash Potato + raw banana, add maida and mix everything very well.

Pinch small or medium size and give shape of tikki, heat sufficient Oil and then shallow or deep fry.

Flip and fry the other side too.
- 6
Raw Banana Tikki is done.
