Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 cupcooked rice (about 200 grams)
  2. 1large egg
  3. 1 ozpork tenderloin, sliced (about 30 grams)
  4. 1/2 ozblanched Chinese broccoli (about 15 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  6. 1/2 tablespoonvegetable oil
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce or seasoning sauce
  8. 1tomato, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the egg and scramble until set. Add the cooked rice, Chinese broccoli, and tomato. Stir-fry everything together.

  3. 3

    Season with soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined. Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
