First we will soak millet for two days and change the water every four hours.Now steam them in a cooker and let them dry

Now we will boil full fat milk in a pan and add millet and let it boil and once the millet is well mixed then we will add cardamom nutmeg powder and saffron to it and then we will add khoya Now we will add custard powder soaked in milk and let it thicken.

Add fried dry fruits in ghee and allow the rabidi to cool.
Now we will prepare the kunafa, for that we will chop the vermicelli sev and fry them in ghee and add some mishri powder and dry fruit to it and prepare it. - 4
Now in a bowl, first we will spread kunafa, then we will spread rabidi in it and we will add rabidi in the middle and garnish with pistachio, then this is how your millet rabidi kunafa is poured, now we will serve it.
