First, wash and dry the mint and coriander leaves and chop them into large pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the mint leaves in it, then fry the coriander leaves. Then fry the chopped green chillies. (Fry all the ingredients well)

In a bowl, mix roasted cumin powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, panipuri masala, jaljeera masala and all the fried ingredients, mint leaves, coriander leaves and chillies and grind them finely.

Put some oil in a pan and fry the mamra on low flame. Then add the prepared powder to it and mix it well. Stir well. In this way, the flavored mamra will be prepared.

You can make chewy snacks by adding fried groundnuts, coriander and sev to the prepared Panipuri flavoured Mamra.
