Take toor dal wash and soak for sometime

After soaking dal for sometime put in the pressure cooker along with water salt and turmeric powder and give it 2 whistles and cook for another 5-6 min on low flame or until well cooked

Meanwhile take wheat flour and add salt ghee and knead a soft dough.Allow it rest for at least 10 min.

Now make big balls from dough and roll a big round cut dough into a circle shape using glass or cutter and apply water to the edges and pinch the circle from opposite ends and again from the other ends and pinch where they all meet. Keep aside for cook

Now heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds cumin seeds dry red chilly chhoped ginger garlic green chilli and onion saute till onion transparent now add chopped tomato cook for 4-5 min add pinch turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Add the dal to the temper and give it a nice stir and add dulhan into the dal begins to boil and cook for 10 min..Cover the lid
