First of all prepare all the ingredients. In a pan take sugar and milk and make syrup on gas. When sugar melts add soaked saffron in it.. Then add 1 tbspoons of ghee.

When the syrup thickens one and a half string, add desiccated coconut powder and milk powder and mix it quickly. off the gas. And take it out in a plate greased with ghee. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on it. Let it cool down.

After 10 minutes cut it into square pieces. Instant and easy coconut burfi is ready.
