Steps

Take a white maslin cloth and place it over a strainer.

Bring milk to a boil. Add the lemon juice and gently stir until the milk fat gathers up and the green whey is separated. Pour it over the strainer with maslin cloth to catch the milk fat. Squeeze out the water well. But you do not have to put it under pressure like we do for paneer. For cream cheese we need a little moistured paneer.

Take the paneer in a mixer jar. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it is smooth and creamy.

The cheese spread is ready. Transfer it in an airtight container and refrigerate it. Use it up within a week or two, unless you keep it frozen.

In order to add flavours, you may add onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, blackpepper powder and peri peri masala. Or just add some thick chilli sauce like nali or Marie's Kambuzi. Enjoy it on the toasts and sandwiches.
