Chocolate Easter egg 🍫 🥚
I made my own chocolate Easter egg! 😀

Steps

Have your chocolate moulds clean, dry and ready to go.

Put your chocolate into clean dry bowls, one for the white chocolate and one for the milk chocolate and melt in the microwave. 20 second intervals don't over heat the chocolate as it will go hard. stir in-between every 20 seconds.

Pour your milk chocolate into one of your half moulds, tip it this way and that until the mould is covered. Tip out any excess chocolate. Do the same with the white chocolate to the other half.

Allow your chocolate to set for 10 minutes at room temperature then repeat the previous step to 2nd coat both chocolate moulds. Pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes but keep an eye out for condensation.

When your chocolate is set.(The chocolate will look like it's coming away from the sides of the mould) Turn over your moulds and give them a small push to pop them out (this part can be a little tricky)

At this point You can either heat a baking tray and carefully rub the flat edge of the egg on the tray to melt it a little, Repeat with the second side and stick both sides together or Melt a little chocolate and blob it on the edges of your eggs and stick them together that way.

For the decorations, I melted some chocolate and piped it over the crack where my eggs joined, stuck some edible Stars to the melted chocolate and allowed it to set in the fridge for 5 minutes. Wrap it in some foil and Enjoy your Easter treat! 😍😍
