Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChopped raw mango
  2. 1medium green chilli
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  4. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  5. 3-4curry leaves
  6. Water to boil
  7. Salt to taste

    Heat the pan or can use cooker to boil chopped raw mangowith salt. After boil let it cool for while later smash it well with help of smasher or can use mixer to blend it with green chilli. Here green chili can be used while boiling or in blender

    Now heat the pan, add smashed raw mango with water bring it to boil for rasam consistency.

    Now heat the pan with oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves dry, red chilli and turmeric and mix with raw mango. Now hot rasam is ready to serve.
