Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

#CA2025
Mushrooms is a Super ingredient used in many ways either in salads, soups, snacks, side dish or as a main course. They have a unique flavour. Being valued as a culinary wonder, they are consumed all over the world. There are many species of Mushrooms exist but only few are Edible.
They are highly nutritious being rich in proteins, vitamins and antioxidants.
Tried Creamy Garlic Mushrooms with just with few ingredients and less spices. Though it can be made more delicious by adding coconut milk which is mostly used in South Indian Cusines but I preferred cream (malai) and that too came out very nice and light! I would just say easy to prepare must try recipe!

Once all the ingredients seems nicely cooked, add half cup of cream or you may add coconut milk.

Lastly, add soy sauce. Mix everything well and bring to slow boil on medium high heat for few minutes and it is ready.
- 7
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy with Rice, Chapatis or you can have it like the way it is. Simple yet Special!
