First, heat a pan over medium heat and add the ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add the sattu and roast it with the ghee for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. (Be careful not to over-roast, as the gram is already roasted.)

Add the chopped almonds and roast for 1 more minute. Turn off the heat and set the mixture aside to cool. When the mixture is slightly cool, add the ground cardamom and powdered sugar, and mix well.

Shape the mixture into round balls by pressing and rolling them in your hands until smooth and shiny.

Your sattu ladoos are ready. Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container. Serve whenever you like. These ladoos can be stored and enjoyed for a long time.
