Take rice flour and gram flour in a large bowl and sift it with a sieve. Now add curd, fenugreek and mix well and add water as required to prepare the batter. Leave it in a warm place for 4-5 hours to ferment.

Now when the fermentation starts, add chilli powder, turmeric coriander powder and ginger, garlic paste, salt and mix well.
Heat water in a boiler pan and grease the plate with oil. Now add a spoon of oil and a pinch of baking soda to the batter and mix well, put it in a plate, tap it 2-3 times and put it in the dhokli and cover it. Let it cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. - 3
Now check with a knife or toothpick. If it doesn't stick, consider it done and remove it.

Heat oil for frying, add mustard, asafoetida, chilli, neem leaves, sesame seeds, fry it, pour it into the dhokla plate with a spoon and cut it.
Now enjoy the hot dhokla with tea.
