Take a cup of Brahmi leaves,clean well with plain water.keep it aside.

Take a mixer jar, add red chilles, cumin seeds,black pepper,garlic, tamarind, salt and Brahmi leaves, grind it nicely.

Keep a kadai on medium heat, pour sesame oil. Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilli and garlic, suate for few seconds, pour the ground paste. Add one cup of water. Let it boil for two minutes. Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.

Very tasty and healthy Brahmi leaves rasam is ready to taste. Serve it with plain rice or like soup. Enjoy super tasty rasam.
