Wash your lamb chops and start off with drizzling olive oil and some lemon juice

Add some Greek yogurt and mix

Then add the above seasonings and fresh Corriander. Give this a mix and let this marinate

On a grill pan heat some oil and cook 8-9 mins each side until charred
- 5
Take it out and in the same pan add thinly sliced onions, season with Kashmiri powder, paprika, green chilli and fresh tomaotes until softened

Add your chops back in and cook for another 6mins
