Steps

Firstly, show the raw vegetables. Now steam boil the cassava and Sweet potatoes then dice them.Peel and cut the raw banana in the water. Julienne cut the onion tomato and green chilli.

Add oil in a pan. Add onion and green chilli. Sauté till onion gets translucent. Now add diced Banana and salt.Saute in oil for a minute. keep the flame slow.

Now add diced cassava and sweet potato. mix with banana. After that add Turmeric powder and water, stir gently and cover with a lid and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Then switch off the gas.

Our Yummy curry is ready. Transfer in a serving bowl. Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve immediately.

Note: you can eat this subji as it is,or it goes with rice and chapati. African people eat with Ugali or any non-vegetable meal. Enjoy..
