Take a tender Ivy gourd,wash it with plain water. Wipe the ivy gourd thoroughly.Cut into thin, round pieces.

Put it into a microwave steam bowl. Steam the gourd for six minutes in microwave.

Keep a pan on low heat, add oil, mustard seeds,urad dal, chana dal, ground nuts and curry leaves, saute till turns golden colour.Add steamed Ivy gourd,mix well.

Now add salt, all masala powders, fry till raw smell goes out. Add grated coconut.

Mix well, remove from the heat.Transfer to a serving bowl.

Superb, tasty, groundnut Ivy gourd fry is ready to serve. Enjoy with all variety rice,and side dish of plain rice.
