Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2 cupscooked riceberry rice (about 320 grams)
  • 1 cantuna
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green cap seasoning sauce (or light soy sauce)
  • 1 egg
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add oil. Sauté the minced garlic until golden.

    Add the carrot, tuna, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and green cap seasoning sauce. Stir to combine.

    Add the rice and stir-fry until well mixed. Crack in the egg and stir-fry until everything is combined.

    Sprinkle with green onions and ground black pepper. Serve hot.
