Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPasta 🍝
  2. 4/5tomato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1/2 green chilli
  5. Green peas par taste,optional
  6. 5/7 table spoon mayonnaise
  7. 6/7 table spoon red chilli sauce
  8. 6/7 table spoon green chilli souc
  9. 100 gm cheese
  10. 2 tablespoon oil
  11. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  12. Half teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. Salt par taste
  14. 1 packet Magic masala

    To make Cheezai Tangi Pasta, chop the tomatoes, green chillies, green peas, onion, everything. Now put oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fry the cumin seeds till they are fragrant, then fry the onions and then add the tomatoes and green chillies and fry everything well.

    Then add double the amount of water than the pasta in it. When the water boils, add the pasta and let the pasta cook. When the pasta is cooked and there is some water left in it, add the red chilli green chilli sauce and add all the spices and add the tomato sauce. Then add the mayonnaise and cheese and mix everything well and serve hot.
