Ingredients

  1. 250 gmgreen mint
  2. 250 gmgreen coriander
  3. 150 gm green chilli
  4. 100 gm Daliya / shingdana
  5. 3/4 table spoon aamchur powder
  6. Half teaspoon suger
  7. Salt pr taste
  8. 100 gm ginger

    Dry all the coriander, mint, chilli, and cardamom in a dish and dry this stuff under a fan at home, not in the sun, otherwise it will turn green.

    Once everything is dry, grind it into a fine powder in a mixer, sieve it and fill it in a bottle.

    When you want to make water puri, bhel or any other chutney, then use this powder, it will save you time and the taste will also be as good as if it was freshly made
