250 gmsmall onion
1 tbsprai powder
2 tbspmustard oil
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 tbspsalt

Firstly peel the onion and make a half cut in between it.

Now add all spices,salt and mustard oil in it and mix it.keep it for 3-4 days in 1 jar.Then ready to serve.
