Wash and Soak methi seeds over night. dry them for 4-5 hours.grate mango,add salt and squeeze excess water out of mango.Add this into soaked and dried methi

Soak over night. Peel and grate mango.

Mix soaked methi,grated mango,achar masala.

Heat oil.Let them cool completely.Now add oil to achar.Now your pickle is ready.
