I for mixed da i used tuar dal, moong dal, chana dal, udad dal and masoor dal. Soak them overnight in plenty water

Take tomato, chilli ans ginger in a mixer pot. Add soaked dal and grind them in fine paste. Add water to ease ginding and get a smooth batter of it.

Add salt and blackpepper to the chilla batter. At this stage you can add chopped veggies(onion, carrot, capsicum) if you want.

Heat dosa pan, apply little oil on it, pour a laddle full dosa on it and spread evenly in circular motion..

Flip and cook the dosa properly.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
