Take half a 1/2 cup of water in a pan.
Add one cup of ragi flour to the water and mix well. - 2
Transfer the mixture to a vessel and knead into a dough, adding water as needed.

Cook the Rotis / Paratha on a hot skillet or Tawa.

Cook on a hot skillet or tawa, flipping until golden brown.
