Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 cupRAGI (finger millet) flour
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • Water (as needed)
  • Ghee or oil (for brushing)
  • Bhindi masala:-
  • piecesBhindi (okra), cut into long (250 gm)
  • piecesPotatoes, peeled and cut into long (4-5 potato)
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Sendha namak (rock salt)
  • 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take half a 1/2 cup of water in a pan.
    Add one cup of ragi flour to the water and mix well.

    Transfer the mixture to a vessel and knead into a dough, adding water as needed.

    Divide the dough into small portions and roll out each portion into a thin roti.

    Cook the Rotis / Paratha on a hot skillet or Tawa.

    Cook on a hot skillet or tawa, flipping until golden brown.

    Brush with ghee or oil.
    Serve hot.

    Wash and cut bhindi and potatoes into long pieces. Lightly roast the potatoes. Mix roasted potatoes with bhindi.
    Sprinkle chat masala, black pepper, and sendha namak.
    Squeeze lemon juice.
    Serve with Ragi roti for a delicious and healthy meal!
