Soak lobia for 2 hours. Now add salt and water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Now in pan add oil,rai,jeera,Taj patta,dry red chilli and Chopped onion and saute add Chopped tomatoes.

Add haldi powder,red chilli paste with ginger and garlic,kitchen king masala and cooked lobia with water let it cook for some time.

After sometime when gravy is thich off the gas serve garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
