High Protein Beetroot Paneer Wrap

For dough

Take mixing bowl add whole wheat flour salt and oil mix.Add beetroot puree and make a soft dough.Keep it aside

For filling.Heat oil Add onion and saute for 1 min add crumble paneer and all masala and mix well. Keep it aside.

Wrap.

Divide the dough into small or medium sized balls.

Dust the dough ball with some flour. Then gently roll to thin roti. The roti should not be thick. If required while rolling, you can add some more flour.

Place the roti on a hot tawa Cook the base till you see blisters appearing on the roti.
Then flip roti. - 8
Assembly

Take one roti.Spread the mint chutney over it.
Now place the paneer masala in the center.
Roll both the sides of the roti and make a wrap. - 10
Serve it.
