Steps

Take all dal and mix it. Wash properly and soaked into 4-5 hours.

Take a grinding jar, add soaked dal, green chilli and ginger. Add little water if needed. Grind it well and make a semi thick batter. Batter is ready now.

Take it out in a large bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Heat a non-stick tawa and wipe it with water. Apply ghee.

Pour the batter and spread centre of the tawa. Let it cook. Apply ghee on edges. Cook it for few minutes and flip it. Cook it on both sides till light brown. Mixed Dal Healthy Cheela is ready now.

Take it out in a plate. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy.... 😋😋
