This recipe grilled chicken is marinated with lemongrass herbs and seasoning it has a full flavor of just the right amount of spices.
Cooking Instructions

Marinade seasoning: 5 cloves garlic
6 slices ginger
15 slices lemongrass
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
Blend with mortar pestle turn into a paste.
Add: 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seed
Mix to combine. - 2
Marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator before cooking.

Chicken can be cook in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or stovetop in cast iron with cover at low heat until nice and tender.

Plate with steamed rice, sliced cucumber and tomato drizzle with my homemade chili oil recipe in my bio.

Dipping sauce ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp sugar, 1 Thai chili pepper, 1 lime and 1 tbsp fish sauce to taste.
