Ir is a summer cool fermented detox water with mustard and curd.
Steps

Soak the mustard seed in water for 2-3 hours. Discard the water. Make a fine paste with addition of salt so that the paste won't taste bitter.

Boil 500ml water in a saucepan. Allow the water to cool down to room temperature. Add mustard paste and mix well.

Add beaten curd into the water. Add salt and mix thoroughly. Keep the saucepan at room temperature overnight with lid. Next day, it will be ready.

Keep the saucepan inside freeze for 2-3 hours to make kanji water cool. Add black salt into it and pour it in a glass. Sprinkle freshly grind cumin seed powder on the top.
