Take a pot and add some salt,wheat flour and oil to make dough adding with water rest it for 10 min and make a small ball and roll it on a rolling board and make roties.

Boil potatoes, remove skin and smash it,add onion chilli powder, coriander leaves, chat masala, aamchur powder mix it well and make small balles

Roast the roti from both sides now spread tomato ketchup spread aloo bhaji add one slice cheese and fold it again roast for 1 min

Serve the aloo roll with dices simal mirch and onion
