Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBoil potato
  2. 1/2green chilli
  3. 1 bowl wheat flour
  4. Half teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  7. 5 table spoon oil
  8. Half teaspoon sugar
  9. 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin
  11. 1 bowl curd
  12. Red / green chilli soce
  13. Salt par taste

    To make aloo paratha, boil the potatoes. Take all the paratha flour till the potatoes are cooked. Take wheat flour to make the dough. Add salt, cumin seeds and oil to it and knead the dough. Keep the dough slightly stiff. This will make the paratha pink and crispy. Now peel the potatoes and add all the spices to it and mix it well

    And make a purana. Now make the paratha by frying the purana in it and fry it on low heat with oil until it turns pink. Now serve the paratha hot with curd, red and green sauce.
