Original Stroganoff with Gnocchi

I found this recipe on Facebook and thought it would be interesting to try and share here...
It turned out excellent (a bit heavy... but excellent), so much so that my son gave his opinion... HMMMM DELICIOUS 😋😋😋
And my wife, who at first was against me making it... loved it.
Give it a try.
By the way,
One cup is 3/4 cup (200 ml) (standard small cup)
A handful is what fits in the palm of your hand (keep in mind everyone's hand is different)
A pinch is what you can pick up with the tips of your fingers
I'm not supporting any particular brand, just using what I found at the grocery store
From Ratatouille, I learned that if you use something, wash it right away so it doesn't pile up and others can use it
From Reader's Digest, a chef's story, it mentions that when you use eggs, always crack them one at a time into a cup first to check they're good before adding to your mix
Remember that the salt comes from the amount you add, the broth, and the type of chicken, so don't overdo it with the first addition
When choosing a pot to cook in... 2 people: small pot, 3 to 5: medium to large pot, more than 5: large pot
Don't be like Oscar... who has to change his mind about the pot halfway through the recipe
