Take a bowl full of raw peanuts. Keep a kadai on medium heat,add the peanuts, fry till turns light golden colour. Remove from flame.

Transfer to a wide bowl,add gram flour,rice flour,maida, red chilli powder,cumin powder, amchur and salt mix well. Then sprinkle very little water, mix thoroughly to coat the peanuts.

Keep a kadai in medium flame,add oil, oil is hot enough,drop the masala coated peanuts one by one. Let it cook till it turns crispy. Remove from oil.keep it on kitchen towel.

Transfer the masala peanuts to a serving bowl. Enjoy the tasty crispy masala peanut as a quick bites.
