Garlic Chutney a popular condiment in Indian cusin it has antimicrobial and anti fungal properties. It good for heart.
Steps

Remove the skin of garlic cloves.

In pan take decicated coconut (dry coconut powder) (you can use dry coconut dieces) and roast it for 2 minutes don't burn and keep aside.

Same pan add cumins seeds and roast it for 1 minute. And keep aside.

Same pan add some drops of cooking oil and add garlic cloves and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside.

Cool all ingredients.

In blender jar add roasted decicated coconut (dry coconut powder),roasted cumins seeds, roasted garlic, red chilli powder, salt to taste.

Grind until medium coarse. While grinding Don't add water,grind dry. Don't make paste.

Transferred chutney in bowl. Serve chutney with Bhakri (Jawar roti,bajra roti), or chapati or as side dish. You can serve with vada pav 😋.

You can store chutney in air tight container in Refrigerater for a week.
