Silver beet and lentils

We found some organic silver beet at the Sunday Market and because we lack an oven in the van (obviously) I can't make a classic silver beet pie. So I had to think a little bit out of the box to use it. This is what came out with all ingredients we had in the pantry. It was delicious and we'll be having this more often for sure!

Steps
- 1
Chop the onions and fried them on a pan with some oil
- 2
Press the garlic cloves and chop the silver beet. Add them to the pan once the onions get translucid
- 3
Let the silver beet release all its water and continue frying until all ingredients are a little brown
- 4
Chop the cashew nuts (I like them chunky) and add them
- 5
Add salt, pepper, lao gan ma and curry powder
- 6
Add the lentils (without the liquid from the can) and the cream
- 7
Let everything warm up, and serve!
