  1. 150 gmSponge Gourd
  2. 1onion
  3. Half teaspoon garlic paste
  4. Half teaspoon ginger paste
  5. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoon Maggi masala
  7. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoon oil
  9. Paneer and coriander for garnish
  10. Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  11. Half teaspoon Cumin seeds
  12. Half teaspoon Asafoetida
  13. Salt par taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the sponge gourd and chop it finely, and chop the ginger and garlic too, now put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, add some asafoetida, add ginger and garlic and fry it, then add garlic and ginger paste, after that add tomato and green chilies, add sponge gourd,

    Add turmeric powder and salt and let it cook completely, now add Maggi masala and add some red chili powder, mix the sponge gourd and garlic thoroughly and make a paste and stir well. After that take it in a bowl and garnish with paneer and coriander and serve
