Ingredients

30 minutes.
  • 500 GMsponge gourd or nenua
  • 1/2 cupchanadal
  • 3 table spoonoil
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps

30 minutes.
  1. 1

    Wash and peel sponge gourd.make pieces.wash and soak chanadal for 1 hour.

    In a pan heat oil.add hing, turmeric.Add pieces of sponge gourd and soak chanadal. Add all masala.make 2 whistle.

    Nenua chanadal sabji is ready.serve with roti or paratha.you can also add onion and garlic.
