Ingredients: 2 lbs heads on shrimp.....when you are done cleaning and devaining....it will be 1 lb easy; 1/4 cup good OLIVE OIL; 4 cloves Garlic sliced thin; 1 shallot finely chopped; 1 tsp red pepper flakes; 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning; 1/2 cup good white wine; 1/2 cup half and half; 2 Lemons ZESTED and JUICED; 1/2 cup parmesano and romano; 1 Tbsp CORN STARCH.....in 1/2cup cold water

2 lbsheads on shrimp.....when you are done cleaning and devaining....it will be 1 lb easy
1/4 cupgood OLIVE OIL

1/2 cuphalf and half
2Lemons ZESTED and JUICED
1/2 cupparmesano and romano
1Tbsp CORN STARCH.....in 1/2cup cold water

Everybody in the POOL SAUTÉ UNTIL SHRIMP ARE PINK.....REMOVE SHRIMP

Add corn starch and water.....Cook and let sauce thicken

I served mine on linguine.....and will probably finish off the WINE.....ENJOY
