Ingredients

1:30 minutes
2 Servings
  1. one bunchOha leaf
  2. 2 small sizeDry fish
  3. 1cupCrayfish
  4. 2 kilos of meatbeef
  5. 1 big stockfishStockfish
  6. 5Cocoyam
  7. 4 cubesMaggi
  8. 1 bulbOnions
  9. 8Pepper
  10. 1/2 tea spoonSalt
  11. 1 cupPalm oil

Steps

1:30 minutes
  1. 1

    You wash your meat and stockfish and put in a pot, add maggi, onions and salt and put on fire,

  2. 2

    Allow it to boil for about 35 minut then wash your dry fish and add to the meat on fire and allow it to boil for about 15 more minutes then you can bring it down

  3. 3

    Get a separete pot and put 3 cups of water in it and put it on fire

  4. 4

    Affter cooking your cocoyam till it soft, you will peel it and use pistil and morta to pound it till it soft then add it ot the water in that pot on fire

  5. 5

    You add your crayfish and pepper in the water before the cocoyam. you should allow it to boil until the cocoyam melt completely, 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Then you addthe stock to it and allow it to boil for like 5 minutes then wash your Oha leaf and add on it on fire, then allow it to boil for like 3 minutes then you can put it down.
